BITS AND PIECES

So here I am.. back to bloggin.. after weeks of busy holidays... christmas and new year came... more exciting happenings happened... a lot of stories filled the end of my 2005... come 2006 now Im excited to write it all...

I may not post everything into details but here are some... *wink*

MEET AND GREET BARNEY

Sya ang favorite character ng lahat ng pamangkin at pinsan ko... so when a chance to see them perform live... Kyla, my little cousin had to be there. 1,200 buck per head = 3 hours to see Barney... hay! Just so to make these little kids happy. You just have to see other kids carrying Barney stuffs, too... and souvenir items for sale really cost too much... oh well...

since it was the first and last time that Kyla could see Barney live, tito emil make the most out of it for his bunso. After the show we headed to the mall... and found myself buying my cousins their christmas wishes... rubber shoes... haha!!! as in... kawawa naman ang card ko... naholdup nila ako!!! but its ok.. minsan lang naman e... Tsaka imagine this: Boyboy is my inaanak, Ysa is my mom's inaanak, and Kyla is my Dad's inaanak... so, anong laban ko????

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

Tis the time when Igot to spend with my family... a reunion with all my relatives on my mother side. I usually spent it with my Dad but I wanted a bit change... so I was with my Lolo...

We may not have a super engrandeng handa but we are happy...really happy together...


I saw the smile on my Lolo's face seeing us all together. We had exchange gifts, videoke, full of fun and laughter...

But of course I made it sure to also spent time with my dad... :-)

2 WEDDINGS IN A ROW

It's my first time to Bicol...

I went home to my apartment Christmas night after a "christmas date" with my dad, tita myrna, dan, lyn and my pamangkins. It was planned that we have to leave 4am on the 26th for Bicol... everything was planned clear.. not until the morning next day...

Woke up 4am and called up my officemates. The plan is, they would dfetch me up on my apartment since its on the way naman. So there, I called them up... they are already at the office waiting for the others.

Well, say they might have some hangover with their Christnas celeb so to cut the story short, we left the city at 8 in the morning... hehehehe!!! so, the journey begins...

it was a 12-hour drive from Makati to Buhi, Bicol. It was the longest land travel I've had so far... and it was a tired-but-fun roadtrip... we had a 30 minutes stop over for lunch at a little canteen along Atimonan, Quezon.

We arrived there 8 in the evening. As in lahat kame e gutom na gutom na. Good thing, Allan and Rica prepared some dinner for us! :-)

The next day.. everybody was so busy for the couple's wedding. Hay! sobrang comedy and nangyari! Parang pelikula!

You can see Allan in paranoia.. as in sobrang taranta... more and more relatives are coming in especially from the bride's side and of course he wanted to make everything as perfect as it can be. Me and Les was left at the bride's house while Allan and the rest of the crew went to the hotel for his preparation...Allan's grandparents were the ones who would escort him to the altar. They are at Naga City that day... while all the while 2 hours before the wedding called in and say they could not make it to Iriga City (where the church was) because their suppose van to use for their travel cant make it... so waht our groom did was he sent another van (the one that he is using) to pick-up his grandparents... at syempre dahil sa magulo utak nya that time, nawala sa isip nya na yung barong na susuotin nya e nasa van... he only knew it when he was about to get dressed! So ayun... last option was to look for a shop that offers rentals of barongs. At, good thing mejo late nagstart ang wedding at nakahabol ang dear grandparents... pati na rin ang totoong barong nga ating groom! *wink*

It was a wonderful wedding.. so to say..

Sad, we have to leave that night back to Makati in time for Lanie's wedding the next day. I missed all the wonderful places to see here.. but I guess it's ok.. we're here naman talaga for Allan and Rica and I know we made them happy...

So, back to a 12-hour land travel .... we left Bicol at 7pm and arrived home 3 am (buti na lang di inabot ng 12 hours...)

Lan's wedding is as perfect as it was planned... at Fernwood Gardens, with a Filipiniana motif... a well-planned program... it was so solemn and organized.

Sayang nga coz the planned avp didn't push through... because of some unexpected things...

Today... start of 2006... im here sitting wondering where am I heding for. Our work situation is kinda complicated.. wala ng INQ TV.. we don't know yet what will happen to us... still hanging and expecting for an answer.. be it good or bad..

Singapore is just there.. I know I'll be there soon... but what about today? the present? I am hoping everything would be cleared... soon...
