august 23 (my birthday eve)
Marlo (unexpectedly) came over for a dinner. Unexpected because the original plan was for him to come at the office on the day of my birthday (which is today). I dunno what came up why suddenly he called up and said we celebrate a day in advance in time for the "salubong" of my birthday.
Had dinner together and had some quiet moment.
Somehow my birthday has been complete. He knew that. I need not to say.
After our dinner, I headed to the planned "salubong".. with gym buddies...

Saturday...
I had a marathon class at the gym.. Body Jam and Retro Groove with Abi. It feels oh so good after the class...
Later that day, jaymie dropped by at the house to give me this:
cupcakes from Sonja... super uber sarappp!!!! I was craving for these in days and jaymie knows that... kaya dinalan nya ko sa house... happy!!! I swear masama sa loob ko magshare! hahahaha!!!
Sunday...
met up with Besty VanVan and her sweetie Junar. They gave me their birthday gift for me (will post pic of that soon). Hay naku!!! si Vanvan talaga.. natawa ako dun sa birthday tag nya.. bakit? kasi naman...
hmm.. medyo malabo. but i'll try to take another snap of this and post it soon.
we met at the same place where we met last year.. wendy's greenbelt. i terribly miss VanVan. Di kme maubusan ng kwento... tungkol saan pa ba???? *big big grin*

Need to be busy. Though Abi told me I sound so happy when I called her up at her office earlier. I miss her. Terribly. Haven't seen her for weeks... miss her at the gym.. and sad I can't go with her at upperbox tonight.
I wonder if our office would send us home early today. Seeing that heavy rain outside, I don't know how will I manage to go home without getting wet. My umbrella gave-in earlier on my way here at the office. Which means, I need to buy a new one.
Maybe I would go to the gym before going home. I wasn't able to have a workout yesterday due to a client call. I hope I can attend the cycling class later.
Really... this is a lazy day for me. I am tooo bored to do my "should-be-done" works.
Exactly 1 week from now... I'm going to be a year older. I am not really looking forward on adding another year.. and yet seems like things are not so quite doing well.
I am happy. yes. But there seems to be lacking. I dunno.
There's just one thing that could make me completely happy. And i think it's impossible for me to have it....
Yup... after Davao, our next stop is La Union.
For the same reason: Petron Fleet Card Training.
We (Moi, Minnie and Red) were there last August 11-12. We need to train 9 stations in two days. Easy task.. we only have 3 stations each.
Actually biglaan ang trip. Sinabi lang sa amin ng Thursday and we're off Saturday and Sunday.
We left Manila at around 4am (straight from Wisa's bday party) and arrived at La Union by 11am. Grabe ang haba ng byahe.. Pero ok lang... natulog lang ako sa byahe....
We finished all the trainings by Sunday at around 2pm. And since maaga pa, nagkayayaan na umakyat sa... Baguio..
We arrived at Baguio around 3pm... umakyat kme para mag ukay. Promise! Happy ako sa mga nabili ko... Blouses from 30-80 pesos. Minnie also bought me a jacket as a birthday gift. wehheeee!!!

at South Sea Grill Metrowalk. . .
We planned the surprise party even before I flew to Davao. Together with Rhey-an and Millet, we contacted the group and scheduled the party. Everything was finalized 2 days after I came back to Manila.
We scheduled the party 2 days after her real birthday. We asked Acy to be the person responsible of bringing her to the venue.
Prior to the party, I am really not so sure whether I could make it on time that night. Iniisip ako ako pa naman may pakana tapos baka ma-late ako.
I had a scheduled meeting kasi at makati that afternoon. And I also have to accompany marlo in makati (which ended up, ako ang sinamahan nya). Sinundo nya ko dito sa ofc and before we head to makati, we first dropped by at the gym to get his stuffs there.
And then I went to my meeting at Gold's Gym and Globe Digital Exchange. Sa Gold's Gym dapat magpapass ng application si Marlo but he thought na wag na lang. Medyo long story yung reason e. Anyway, we took the chance also of seeing Mawel (one of his co-fi's at FF before) who now works as an FI at Golds.
After my meeting, we had dinner. Actually... twas our quality time together after almost a month of not seeing each other. (Thinking all the while that I have to be in Metrowalk by 5pm for Wisa's party preps). But then I though, everybody would be late anyway. So ayun.. we spent more time... kwentuhan lang... we check out for clothes, and he even wants to watch a movie kaso I can't. I really have to be in Ortigas by then.
To make the long story short, I arrived at Metrowalk by 7pm. Omar and Millet are already there. Buti na lang wala silang violent reactions. And then the rest of the people came. Kasama na si Rhey-an na may dala ng cake
Seeing Wisa's surprised face gave me a wonderful feeling. Coz I know in our simple way, we made her happy that night.
For the simple reason na natabunan ang bad memories nya sa Metrowalk because of this party.
